Sous Chef, Full-time
The SOUS CHEF assists in providing a Fine Dining Experience that showcases nutritious meals that are highly appealing to the residents at our community. He or she is responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of kitchen staff and ensuring exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities: Prepares general food items for the daily menu in accordance with standardized recipes, production sheets, prescribed menus, and special function requests. Insures that left-over food items are handled properly. Assists in ensuring effective and efficient kitchen operations. Coordinates menu preparing, preparation and presentation of food. Assists with coordinating and follow through of special functions. Maintains excellent relations with the residents and close working relationships with other departments.
Hours: 11:00am -7:30pm with some flexibility and alternate weekends off.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will utilize experience and judgement to plan and accomplish Dining Services goals. A demonstrated history of initiative and strong results-orientation is required.

Cook III - Lead Cook, Full-time
We are team focused, sanitary minded, culinary professionals, seeking an individual who is dependable, motivated, and able to task independently.
Position Requirements:
- Strong culinary skills
- Acts as a leader in ensuring effective and efficient kitchen operations
- Prepares high-quality dishes per the Weekly Rotating Menu
- Maintains production records, including quantities produces and consumed, as well as communicating changes as necessary
- Works closely with Executive Chef
- Ensure station and kitchen is clean and sanitary as per food safety and sanitation standards and policies
- Strong time management, communications skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others
Hours: 11 am - 7:30pm with alternating weekends and holidays off
Paid vacation and personal time with up to 24 days off plus 10 holidays each year
