Are you considering making the move to maintenance-free, independent living at Coburg Village, but don’t need the full array of services offered as part of our Monthly Service Fee? Our No-Frills option may be just what you are looking for!

Our specially priced, No-Frills option is available for select apartments. Your monthly service fee includes your bright, spacious apartment, beautifully appointed common spaces, and the Coburg Village lifestyle. You can enjoy our full calendar of in-house activities and entertainment, exercise classes, heated salt-water pool, greenhouse, and much more!

No-Frills Monthly Service Fee includes:

All utilities with the exception of $34 phone/ $55 cable charge
Use of our pool, library, and common spaces
Participation in our in-house community activities*, including entertainment and exercise classes
24-hour security
Wi-Fi

What’s not included:

Transportation
Housekeeping and linen service
Meal plan
Off-site excursions

Dining:

You may choose to pay as you go and dine in our Main Dining Room or in our Village Bistro. There is no cash exchanged in our restaurants and tipping is not allowed. You will need to prepay your account at our Reception Desk or charge your dinner to your apartment.

Storage units are available for an additional $30/month.
Garages are available for an additional $85/month

Maintenance:

Our professional facilities team will maintain our appliances as well the heating and cooling system. Additional maintenance services are available for a nominal charge.
