About Our Fees & Services
Financial Information
Included in the monthly fee are:
- one meal/day in choice of 3 dining venues
- social, cultural, educational and recreational programs and activities
- housecleaning
- maintenance
- water
- trash
- sewer
- electric
- gas
- scheduled transportation to medical appointments and shopping
- 24-hour security
Not included are breakfast and lunch, as well as a nominal monthly fee for telephone and cable television services.
A security deposit equal to one month’s occupancy fees is required at the signing of a lease agreement.
There is no endowment or entry fee, although residents enter into a lease agreement with Coburg Village.
